Faith-Based Retreats for Bereaved Parents Louisiana (Loranger)

The Solomon Center is a 200-acre retreat and conference center which has been serving Louisiana, Mississippi, and the greater Gulf Coast since 1993, and was recently renovated in 2025. The retreat buildings are tucked into a peninsula on a 12-acre lake, surrounded by pine forest on every side, giving guests to enjoy the serenity of the water and the woods. The Solomon Center is conveniently located in Tangipahoa Parish, north of Lake Pontchartrain, and is easy to find from I-12, I-55, and I-59, and is only 65 miles from the New Orleans Airport. Our attendees will stay in comfortable private guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms, and enjoy the chef-prepared meals from Friday night through Sunday morning, all at no cost to them.

This event is open to both single parents and married couples. All attendees must meet the requirements of our Attendance Eligibility Policy and comply with our Housing Policy.

Please review both policies in the About Us drop-down menu before registering.
